Answer:If I were in Chinos's situation. I'll approach the couple (customer) carefully, and I will tell them that I haven't give their order to the chef yet because I run lots of errands that I forgot to tell their order to the chef. I will also say sorry because its partly my fault that I forgot about their order. And I will make it up to them by asking them to wait a few more minutes then I will serve their order.
