Si Dilma Vana Rousseff (ipinganganak 14 Disyembre 1947) ay isang ekonomista at politiko sa Brazil. Siya ay nasisilbi bilang ika-36 Pangulo ng Brazil. Siya ang unang babae sa puwesto.[1] Siya ay dating Chief of Staff ni Pangulong Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva mula 2005 hanggang 2010.
Anak ng isang negosyanteng Bulgarian, lumaki si Rousseff sa isang pamilyang upper middle class sa Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.[2] Siya ay naging sosyalista sa kanyang kabataan, at matapos ang coup d’état noong 1964 sumapi siya sa iba’t ibang makakaliwa at Marxistang urban guerrilla groups na lumaban laban sa diktadurang militar. Siya ay naging Secretary of the Treasury of the City of Porto Alegre sa administrasyong Alceu Collares, sumunod ay naging Secretary of Energy of the State of Rio Grande do Sul sa administrasyong Collares at Olívio Dutra.[2] Noong 2000, matapos ng panloob na alitan sa gabineteng Dutra, iniwan niya ang PDT at sumapi sa Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT; Workers’ Party).[2]

Si Rousseff ang humalili sa puwesto, at nanatili hanggang 31 Marso 2010, nang siya ay bumabab upang tumakbo sa pagkapangulo.[2] Siya ay nahalal sa isang run-off noong 31 Oktubre 2010, tinalo niya ang kandidato ng Partido da Social Democracia Brasileira (PSDB) na si José Serra, at nahalal muli noong 26 Oktubre 2014 laban kay Aécio Neves, kandidato rin ng PSDB.
